okay so I have started using something to help my acne go away and so far I havent got anymore, and the others are starting to go away, but I kinda really want them to go away faster like the redness from them and stuff is there anyway to make it clear up faster

Your best bet is to continue to use the acne medication, cut back on greasy and sweet food and drink a lot of water.
