Question by Chris: Help me I have a problem with pornography?
I never thought of how much damage it has had over the past few years, I have denied its access to sites on my browser, but I have pornography on my usb stick which I am really struggling to delete.

I know this is an addiction/issue or else I would easily be able to delete the stuff off my usb but its really hard. Im doing a free online daily course on demolishing pornography addiction at the minute too.

Any tips on how I can come to terms with deleting the stuff off my usb? like ways to help me make the decision to delete it without remorse?

the best solution would be to get a girlfriend, but thats not always possible and sometimes doesn’t even help, but just go into usb and delete it right now
and what do you mean by “damage” i have heard of an addiction to pornography but i dont understand it if you know its affecting you, you should know you need to help yourself, by deleting it your helping your self
